ABOUT OUR PARK
Strasburg Community Park is a natural park in Strasburg Borough, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The park was designed, developed and is maintained by the Strasburg Community Parks Foundation. Our park began with a vision some residents had of a peaceful, beautiful space where residents and visitors could enjoy nature, hear a concert, hold an event in a beautiful pavilion, or just take a relaxing walk.
WHAT'S SO SPECIAL?
Our park is landscaped entirely with native plants. The walking paths wind through flowers that bloom through the season to provide food and shelter for butterflies, birds and small animals. Native trees provide beauty and shade.
The Park is an all volunteer organization. Hands-on work is provided by community volunteers, and we do get our hands dirty! Other local groups provide great support. Click on the links on the More Info page for links. Financial support is entirely from grants and most IMPORTANT, from supporters' donations!
Our "official" name is Strasburg Community Parks Foundation. We are a 501(c)(3)organization.

Find the park adjacent to the Strasburg Borough Municipal Complez along Precision Avenue, next to the Lancaster County Art Association building and the Strasburg-Heisler library.
A NEW BLOG ABOUT THE PARK!
Tom Raub, a great friend of our park, has probably logged more miles than anyone walking the park paths with his camera!
Tom has begun a new blog called A WALK IN THE PARK. Check it out at http://www.strasburgpark.wordpress.com where you can see Tom's beautiful photos and add your thoughts about the park!
